 Bob was formerly a southeast regional director of sales
& use and property tax for a Big Six international accounting firm. He has more than
14 years' multi-state taxation experience in areas including high-tech and traditional
manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, retail and service industries. Bob has also
assisted multi-state clients through corporate restructuring, transactional analysis,
audit resolution, negotiations and compliance in the areas of income/franchise, sales
& use and property tax.
In addition to his work in the field, Bob has published and spoken extensively on issues
relating to state and local taxation. He co-authored State Tax and Financial Incentives, a
widely used reference manual for businesses. Bob is also a member of the Institute of
