 George has more than 30 years' experience working with sales & use
tax, including 18 years with the South Carolina Department of Revenue. During his time
with the Department, George worked as a field auditor, a field audit supervisor, an
appeals officer and an audit selection specialist.
George was one of the primary writers of South Carolina's sales and use tax law
during its recodification in 1990 and was a contributing editor to the
book "South Carolina Taxation" by the noted attorney, Mr. John C.
von Lehe, Jr. His industry experience covers manufacturing,
contractors, municipalities, utilities, retailers and service providers.
